In their
letter to embassies, the detained refugees wrote:
“We can not
brave anymore to be locked 24 hours a day in overcrowded
cells where the daylight never pierces. We forget
day by day what the sky and sun look like, as we
couldn’t walk a single step outside of our cell since
more than 1.5 months.”

Draw and
send them a sun they can hang inside…
It is a
way to show them support even if
you don’t speak the same language, and also a way to show to
IDC Authorities that MAY BE they
should allow them regularly to go
outside in the ward...

AND MOBILIZED PEOPLE IN THE CITY TO DRAW
SOME SUN FOR THE DETAINEES.
THEY
PREPARED A
GIANT SUN, MADE
OF 83 PIECES OF DRAWINGS, (AS THAT TIME THERE WERE 83 DETAINEES), AND
ASKED PEOPLE TO SHOW THEIR SUPPORT TO THE DETAINEES BY DRAWING
ONE OF THE PIECES.
